Sample report: the audit of my own name
Before auditing anyone else's name, I audited mine with the same method. This page shows the summary, the searches and what I did next. On 30 November 2026 I measure again and add the before and after.
Summary (31 October and 1 November 2026)
For a stranger in Portugal, searching "Emanuel Luís" returns profiles of other people with the same name. My site is not in the first 20 results. I asked a web-searching AI who I am: it answered with namesakes, an administrative clerk in Luanda, a data engineer in Brazil and a billiards player.
Score for the bare name: about 15 out of 100.

What AI says
When the question has context ("developer in the Azores"), the answers are right. Without context, they talk about other people. Asked whom to hire for a website in the Azores, ChatGPT put me fifth of seven; Gemini and Perplexity did not mention me.
What was missing
A page about me with structured data (Person), a portrait, profiles with the same details linking to each other, and listings in the directories AI cites.
What I did between 31 October and 4 November
- A page about me with structured data and a portrait.
- LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok with the same name, photo and description.
- Profiles on Crunchbase, GoodFirms, Clutch and Páginas Amarelas.
- A guide on common names on Google.
- Correct share images on every page of the site.
Next step
New measurement on 30 November. AI usually reacts 4 to 6 weeks later. The bare name may never be mine, and that is a result too.
