Name Audit terms

• What it includes: a search map with the name and its variations, in every language it is searched in; the first 20 results per search on Google and Bing, classified; the answers of ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity; knowledge panel, entity and profiles; removal eligibility under Google's public criteria; a 0–100 score and a list of actions with hours and expected effect; a report in Portuguese or English and a 30-minute call.
• Price: €900, VAT exempt (art. 53 of the Portuguese VAT Code). Complex cases (several names, several languages, active negatives) get a written quote, between €750 and €1,200, before work starts.
• Payment: 100% before work starts, by bank transfer, MB Way or card. No payment method carries an extra charge.
• Timing: 5 working days from payment and the completed intake form. The call is booked at delivery.
• Cancellation: if you are a consumer, you have 14 days from the contract to cancel without giving a reason. If you asked for the audit to start earlier, you pay only for the part already done. Once you receive the report, the right to cancel ends.
• Not included: carrying out the actions (that is the 90-day plan), legal advice, removal requests filed on your behalf.
• No guarantees of rankings, removals or AI answers. You get a baseline, actions and a way to measure change.
• Confidentiality: the report is yours. I do not publish or share your case; anonymous use only with your written permission.
• Personal data: processed to deliver this service, kept for 12 months after delivery to compare with new measurements, then deleted. Invoices are kept for the period tax law requires. See the privacy policy.
• Complaints: Electronic complaints book, Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico (www.livroreclamacoes.pt); alternative dispute resolution: the consumer arbitration centre for the area where you live or, where there is none (as in the Azores), CNIACC (www.cniacc.pt). List of all centres.
• Governing law: Portuguese law.
