Klebby
Klebby is a freeform sticky-note board for people who think visually: each note sits where it makes sense, filters by tag and also appears in a list and, on the Pro plan, on a calendar. It was designed and built by Emanuel Luís, who runs it as his own product.
Problem
To-do lists and loose notes hide the ideas that do not fit a list, and many tools ask you to build and maintain a system before they help.
Solution
One set of notes with three views, so things stay organised without a separate system to maintain.
- A freeform board with coloured notes
- A list view over the same notes and, on Pro, a calendar view
- Tags, search and reminders
- Share one tag, not the whole board, with viewer and editor roles
Product decisions
Free to start with no card, private by default, and sharing limited to what the user chooses. Light and dark modes, available on the web; the iPhone and Android apps are still in preparation. Pro adds multiple boards, the calendar, recurring reminders and more sharing.
What this project shows
End-to-end product work: a web application with accounts, permission-based sharing, paid plans, its own terms and privacy policy, and a public site with guides.

Is Klebby a real product?
Yes. It is live at klebby.com with a free plan and a Pro plan. Its terms name Emanuel Luís, a sole trader in Portugal, as the provider.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. Neither the free plan nor the 14-day Pro trial needs a card.
